Chip in without being an officer
any member
Buy the guild a month outright at either tier, or put whatever you
like into the guild pool. The Guild Master spends the pool on days at
the tier the guild needs, so several people can fund one month of
Platinum between them.
A$5 into the pool buys the guild
30 days of Standard, or 6 of Platinum.
The minimum is A$2.
A contribution is added to the end of whatever the guild
already has at that tier, so it never overlaps time that is already paid
for. Money in the pool does not expire.
Questions people actually ask
-
Does the guild pay per member?
No. One subscription covers the guild, whether that is eight people or a hundred.
Any member can chip in towards it, so the cost does not have to land on one officer.
-
What happens if it lapses?
Nothing is deleted and nothing is hidden. Maps already scouted stay readable and every session you logged stays yours. What an unentitled guild cannot do is place new markers, so a map can be reviewed but not run.
-
How does chipping in work?
Two ways. Buy the guild a month outright at either tier, or put whatever you like into the guild pool, which the Guild Master spends on days at the tier the guild needs. Several people can fund one month of Platinum between them.
A contribution is added to the end of whatever the guild already has at that tier, so it never overlaps time that is already paid for. Money in the pool does not expire.

How do I cancel?
In Stripe's own billing portal, reached from your billing page or the guild's. Cancelling leaves you covered until the end of the period you have already paid for.
